Why do “A’ player candidates reject offers? 🤷

The job market has changed over the last few months, but one thing remains the same, finding and attracting “A” players can be challenging.


If you have ever found that perfect candidate, made an offer and it was rejected, it can be frustrating. 👎


You may feel like you have wasted a lot of time, and if you don’t have a backup candidate, you have to start the search all over again.


This can add several months or more before onboarding a new employee. If this is a critical position within the company, it can cause many problems.
