In a recent survey completed by TopResume, 70% of people currently employed would consider a new position. The 70% passive candidates, you have to reach out to them to present your opportunity.
This means calling, emailing, LinkedIn messages, texting, or smoke signals. Whatever you have to do to grab their attention.
Reaching out to passive candidates takes time and effort, but it is well worth it.
